Our beef is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. We raise Black Angus and a heritage breed, Hereford cattle. While Black Angus provides top notch flavor the Hereford cross contributes to more docile personalities for our herd.

From birth to day of harvest our cows have access to pasture and fresh hay. A few months prior to processing we begin to supplement extra protein/grain that contributes to our beef's best taste and texture. Butchered locally here in Union County the meat is cured, processed and frozen immediately to ensure freshness and quality.

OUR COWS ARE

  • Naturally Raised "at home" on pasture their whole life

  • Allowed to naturally wean from their mothers

  • Never given hormones to speed up growth

  • Are antibiotic free and never sent to a feed lot

  • Have year round access to fresh water, shade and grass

  • A few months prior to processing, our cattle are provided with an exclusive pasture and extra protein for them to eat at their leisure along with continued premium forage. This provides condensed energy that we believe turns into the most consistent flavor and quality of beef.
